I used to love visiting Talay Thai at their old Rancho Mirage location, and I’m thrilled they’ve relocated to Palm Desert! Their food remains as delicious as ever, with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and perfectly balanced Thai spices. Whether it’s their rich curries, flavorful noodles, or crispy spring rolls, every dish is made with care. On top of that, their customer service is always excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s great to see this amazing restaurant thriving in a new location. "This is one of my new favorite Thai restaurants. We ate here during lunch, so there was not many people there, but our server was fabulous. He was really attentive to our needs, and really explained the different menu items. I had the green chicken curry, which is my standard at a new Thai place, and it did not disappoint. My friends also had some other General Thai dishes, and they were also very tasty. We would recommend this Thai place to anyone in the area."
