"I use to love whole foods but customer service has gone down the drain. With the exception of the juice bar lady. She is absolutely the sweetest. Maybe because she is from a different generation. I don’t even try to buy cake there. The last 3 times, I’ve waited 15 minutes to get someone to help me at the counter. The employees don’t even acknowledge I’m there. The one time I actually stayed and finally got a cake, it was stale and the frosting was hard. Don’t even get me started with the guy at the coffee counter, forgot his name think it starts with a C. He can’t even look up to acknowledge someone is at the counter, a simple “good morning, I’ll be right with you”, would go along way. Instead you awkwardly stand there for minutes will he’s preparing drinks and is loudly tossing his instruments in the sink. It’s not pleasant at all. My friend’s husband is Hispanic and feels like he gets followed every time he goes there so he won’t step foot there unless my friend is with him. It’s sad and horrible. There are rumors that some of the store employees are racist. As I’m reading other comments, it might not be just a rumor. Do better Whole Foods."
