Although the main dining room at Butcher’s Chop House is a bit stuffy, the side bar has a warm and cozy feel. You may order off the main menu (filet mignon, King crab legs) or from a light cafe menu, which still offers sizable portions and delicious food: chicken and papaya quesadillas, chop salad, ahi-tuna spring rolls.

The Spur – Christophe recently took some friends here and they had the best time. He said they had a “dueling piano” experience where two pianists took song requests and guests could tip them to play certain songs (then if another guest didn’t like that song, they could tip them again to abruptly change the song and start over – sounds odd but he said it was super funny and fun, like a more interesting type of karaoke).

We highly recommend the Goat pizza, a sweet and salty combination featuring Italian sausage, black figs, goat cheese, white sauce and rosemary, or the rich and savory Trip, with roasted mushrooms, brie, Alfredo sauce, truffle oil, lavender honey and arugula.
