The Stand: This taco and burger joint in Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix (36th & Indian School) was started by a couple with celiac disease. While the restaurant isn’t 100% gluten free, the only gluten they have are the burger buns. And yes, you can get a gluten-free bun.

Fresh chuck ground in-house daily, crisp leaf lettuce, freshly sliced tomato and onion, dill pickles, homemade stand sauce and a gluten free bun for $2.19 extra. Get the fries and stand sauce too!
