"Our pizza was nowhere ready when we picked it up at its scheduled time, but ONLY ONE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING at night alone in the store. Corporate or local managers should be ASHAMED at this! That situation is not safe or fair to her. We did not press her for details as she was working her butt off to fill orders. Kudos to her (she gets all 4 stars). Thumbs down to Pizza Hut as a whole for this event..."

"HORRIBLE experience. Ordered delivery. I put a table out on the front patio and asked the driver to leave the food there. Instead it was left sitting on my car. In the rain. Tied in a garbage bag. To cap that off, the pizza looked like it was sliced up by a four year old. One slice was 25% of the pizza, while another was the perfect size for a mouse. Add to that the surprise $4 delivery fee AND suggested tip on top of that, and I'll NEVER be ordering from here again."

"I'd love to tell you how great their pizza is but I never got one. Ordered at 10:20, my card didn't go through due to fraud alert (I'm traveling). Got a call around 11:00 saying my card didn't go through. Fine, I have cash. Was told the pizza is on its way. Fantastic. Waited until 11:30 to receive a call saying my order was accidentally canceled when the payment method was changed from card to cash. And since it was after 11:00 they cannot put in another order because it will make it for tomorrow. So not only did I not get a pizza, it is now too late to get food elsewhere because they are now closed and we are going to bed hangry (hungry and angry about it). I don't understand why they could not work something out considering I had enough cash in hand and they (presumably) had already made our pizza. Pizza goes to waste and we are still very hungry. Lesson learned. Never again, Pizza Hut."
