"I stopped going to the one on Ridge Rd and found this location to have wayyyyy better customer service although they take some time. I didn’t mind the wait. Tonight, the service was good, but the order was all messed up! I ordered an eleven pc and received ten. On top of that, this is what the inside of the chicken looked like on seven of the pieces. Disgusting! I tried calling to the restaurant and the voicemail of a 312 number answered, but was full. I won’t be returning."

"Let me start off by saying, this is the worst Popeyes i’ve ever gone to. I arrived and went inside, I had a pick up order, so naturally I went up to the counter and said i had a pick up order. Some girl gave me an attitude for no reason and told me to get in line. So there i was, waiting in line for 45 minutes. Someone else came in with a pick up order as well and was taken care of right away. He was not told to get in line. Anyway, after waiting for 20 more minutes, i finally get my order and there is no sauce in the bag (i ordered bbq sauce). I ask the same girl that had earlier given me an attitude and she says to me, “we don’t got no bbq sauce”, with an even worse attitude than she had earlier given me. But no, this wasn’t the worst part. I get home and my family is waiting to eat. We sit down and are expecting a nice meal, but the nuggets are so salty they are barely edible, and the fries are cold and stale. The thought of returning them crossed my mind, but getting my money back wasn’t worth going back to such a terrible, terrible place. In conclusion, if anyone wants terrible customer service and disgusting food, this Popeyes is definitely the place for you :)"
