"Ice Cream: 5 out of 5
Staff: 5 out of 5
Atmosphere: 4.5 out of 5
Value: 5 out of 5
Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 out of 5
Recommendations: Local Ricotta, Mango, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry, Creme Fraiche
Best ice cream I’ve ever had, period. They have many different interesting flavors, and all of them are delicious. I also appreciate how the ice creams are not very sweet; they are good not because of sugar but because of the flavors. The staff are so kind and patient when it comes to sampling different flavors, and I always have a great experience at Bent Spoon. Highly highly recommend! I will be taking many visits in the future. The only downside is sometimes the line can get a little long, but it’s so worth the wait!"

"I really enjoyed the persimmon flavored ice cream. However, the coconut one barely had any coconut flavor—it was hard to notice it at all. The dark chocolate and strawberry flavors were just average. The avocado-lime flavor, unfortunately, tasted quite unpleasant. There was a long line outside the shop, and a staff member at the front managed the queue and let people in. Inside, there were plenty of staff and service was fast—both taking orders and serving the ice cream. Honestly, I don’t understand the hype. I’ve had much better handmade ice cream at many local places. This one didn’t live up to the reputation."

Graduate Princeton — Hotel Review
I had just a few bags with me when I arrived at the Graduate. Still, upon my entrance, the kindest stranger introduced himself as “Mike”—who I would later learn is general manager Michael Monarca—and welcomed me with a warm smile. Despite being on a phone call, he made sure I didn’t have to lift a finger.
