"After dining at this location approximately 2 years ago, I initially left with a bit of an underwhelming feeling. While I rated the restaurant a 4 out of 5 back then, most of the points within the rating was for the waitress and cooks continually attempting to make the experience better due to the food falling a bit under expectations. This time around, the cooks brought their A-games, and our waitress, Jennifer, was attentive, welcoming, and accommodating at every turn. The food was masterfully rendered with phenomenal flavor potential. Having been a major fan of the Ruby Tuesday brand, I can truly declare that not only is this location on our local food map, but also a testament to how well this location bounces back from mediocre and showcases its culinary and hospitality brilliance. What a cherished memory for my family and I, so we will be visiting again, and soon! If you are in the Rapid City Area either visiting or a permanent resident, you owe it to yourself to stop in and experience the wonder of good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a grand opportunity to relish in conversation that brings back a feeling of nostalgia."

"Friendly and fast service from Jennifer (server). had loaded potato skins, which were good, and burger and fries, which were OK. Not a lot of flavor, but you did, at least, know what they were. The fries and the burger were non-descript. Can you tell if they were from a mass-produced Factory."

"Salad bar sucked. There was like 12-15 items. Literally half the salad bar is taken up by all dressings. The broccoli, lettuce, peas, mushrooms, and carrots were either still frozen or freezer burnt. They put all the toppings for our burgers on the bottom of the burger so by the time we ate them the lettuce and onions were saugy. Yeah used to be a great restaurant but it's no good anymore. What kind of restaurant promotes another restaurant within their business? Does your franchise know you're using their business as a front for you to sell BBQ in a trailer out back? I really doubt it. Wife and I never seen anything like that before."
