Reviews Summary
Mike & Tony's Restaurant is celebrated for its classic Italian-American dishes and warm, old-school ambiance, often praised for generous portions and friendly service. However, some diners have encountered issues with inconsistent service, particularly during busy periods, and occasional disappointments with specific dishes or ingredient availability.
"This place is old school, but they haven't lost their touch! Everything was cooked perfectly and the ingredients seemed fresh. We got a caesar salad, linguine with clams, chicken piccata, and fried ravioli. The fried ravioli is different than St. Louis style toasted ravioli - it has less breading and is filled with ricotta, but it's very good. The chicken was perfectly cooked. I loved that they put fresh anchovies on top of the caesar salad. The clams were delicious and the pasta sauce was light, with a nice amount of garlic."

"My family and I enjoyed this restaurant, the service, and the food. The pasta dishes were delicious. The house salad - basic, with lots of spring mix greens, few croutons and few cherry tomatoes, had good seasoning. The minestrone and clam chowder were good, but just lukewarm, which wasn't too bad on a hot day. The raspberry gelato was excellent, but the fish and chips were "meh". Overall, it was a solid dining experience.
Parking was easy to find. No happy hour, as me tio ed on other reviews. You can order any pasta in a child size or kids chicken fingers and chips, for $10."

"Lovely place with great service. We took out for dinner. I got the chicken picatta which was very well balanced and tasty. Definitely recommended from my side. We also got the spaghetti with meat sauce and sausages which were okay. Parking was very easy and right outside."

Good Eats in Mt. Shasta, CA
Mike & Tony’s Restaurant has been serving Italian American food to locals and travelers since 1945. We hadn’t been to Mike and Tony’s for over five years and on our last trip to Siskiyou, we decided to go back and enjoy a good meal. I had a hard time deciding what to order, so I asked our waitress for advice.

Mike & Tony’s serves Italian Food and have been doing so since 1945. Piemont Restaurant (which closed in 2015) was actually older having been founded in 1940. Old school feel to the interior with old school atmosphere – from the red leather 4 person lounge seating to the lengthy well stocked bar.
