I'd never been to Reno and honestly didn't know there was a river that passed through... however, I learned as much by stopping into Wild River Grille, which had a river view but also was also a perfectly central spot, with easy parking nearby and a dog friendly patio. I'm gluten free and got the Cobb salad (or something along those lines) and the pomegranate lemonade and was perfectly fulfilled after my meal.
