Among Brittanny Anderson’s brood, which also includes Brenner Pass, Black Lodge and The Pink Room, my choice would be Metzger Bar & Butchery, Anderson’s firstborn, her bundle of joy nestled in its own corner of Union Hill. Anderson has made quite a name for herself, with four restaurant openings, two James Beard semifinalist nods and countless TV appearances on Bravo and Food Network.
