"Amazing wine bar in downtown Georgetown! We always stop in when visiting from Ft Worth. The food is delicious and paired perfectly with the ever changing wine list. The servers are always welcoming and know a lot about their wines. Beautiful outdoor seating is great on a nice Texas day and inside is cool and relaxing when it’s too hot. Great selection of wines that you can’t usually find at other places! Don’t skip over their beer list either!"

"Union Merchant is the epitome of eclectic. Since its beginning as a blacksmith and buggy repair shop in 1919, it became an auto repair shop in 1950 and a transmission shop in 1980. Its genre was totally changed in 2013 as it was “restored” into an event center and evolved into Union Merchant, serving wine, beer, and creative and unique finger foods and offering mercantile items. Large and open, it’s a great place to hang out, meet friends, share stories and have fun. And if you look closely at the rafters, you can make out the names and numbers written in chalk of car parts from yesteryear."
