"Great location in Streets of St. Charles. Very safe and a ton of people especially with the new apartment buildings. Staff was nice and when we went, it was alot of people, but still a lot of seating. Typical American food"

"This is my second time in this location and I’ve been underwhelmed twice. The service is terrible and the employees are just so nonchalant. I’m from Texas where you speak to people and they usually speak back. The hostess didn’t say a word when we came in. Just grabbed two menus and motioned to follow her. After telling her we were going to the bar, she just motioned that way.
The bartenders were just as nonchalant and walked past a couple of times before asking to take an order. The bar was filthy (see photo) and no one was taking care of it. Mind you, it’s 6:00 pm on a Wednesday.
The food was terrible and cold and was overcharged. Had to get the manager to adjust.
Overall, I would give this place 1/2 star only because the drink was good. 😒"
