Manoli's serves up elevated Greek fare in a stylish Central City space, overseen by executive chef and namesake owner Manoli Katsanevas since 2015. The restaurant is known for its traditional Greek mezze small plates selection, which are crafted with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. Diners can select from a wide variety of traditional mezze offerings, including classics like halloumi with marcona almonds and black olive honey reduction, dolmathes stuffed grape leaves with house Greek yogurt sauce, and classic spanakopita stuffed with spinach and feta.

Manoli’s sits on the corner of 900 South and 400 East (402 E. 900 South, to be precise), in an intimate space with modern decor and a visible kitchen. Named for its owner, Manoli Katsanevas, the restaurant has been open since 2015 and is one of the few fine-dining Greek restaurants in the Salt Lake area. When the pandemic first arrived, Manoli’s closed its doors for four months, until Katsanevas felt comfortable enough to re-open.

At Manoli Katsanevas’ central ninth eatery you’ll find a weekend brunch menu infused with unique flavors: Myzithra Pancakes, Lamb Burgers, Loukaniko and Eggs and more. And if that name sounds familiar you’d be right, the Katsanevas family is the one behind the uber popular Crown Burgers group of restaurants. Unique, locally sourced Greek small plates, plus weekend brunch & clever cocktails in modern digs.

Similar to Table X and SLC Eatery, Manoli’s has adapted their takeout approach in light of the current climate. Their new offerings include take-and-bake family-style meals, reheatable mezes, cocktail kits, and pantry staples like Greek yogurt and mizithra cheese--all of which are updated on a weekly basis. If ever there was a time of Manoli’s aromatic, soul-warming fare, that time is now.

If you love Greek Mediterranean cuisine, look no further than Manoli’s. Located in the heart of SLC, Manoli’s serves superb dishes made with the freshest local and seasonal produce. Must-try dishes include the yemista (piquillo peppers and feta), garides (grilled shrimp with polenta), paidakia (grilled lamb riblets), or the lamb and beef burger.

Manoli’s is a fairly new Greek restaurant that uses fresh and seasonal ingredients. They have standard brunch favorites like Eggs Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, etc. They also have more Greek-inspired dishes like the Myzithra Pancakes served with whipped cinnamon and Metaxa maple syrup (drooling as I type) and the Loukaniko and Eggs.
