"Cheyanne was our server tonight at the Sandusky location, and oh my goodness she went above and beyond for my young family. My 19 month old son wasn’t feeling the best and letting the whole restaurant know. My 3 year old daughter decided to make a very loud emotional scene at the same time. She rushed to our side and brought fresh fruit to help pacify my son until our food got there and was so attentive. From a very tired mom and dad, THANK YOU! We also got to touch the lobsters when we arrived!! So happy with our experience tonight."

"I was the only patron seated in the dining area my table was in. Later some other people entered, it was lunchtime after all.
Their new lobster bisque does not taste very good. There's no seafood to speak of in the soup. It was replaced with clan chowder. The clam chowder was saturated with butter. I asked before the server left and I was told that it's like that. It was not appetizing, so I snapped a picture and pushed it aside. The server offered to get me something else to eat but the other options were no better.
A manager came to talk to me about my meal and I told them what happened. They brought out the bill for me to pay but I already paid the previous bill.
