We like casual seafood, so our favorites are the Salty Dog and Captain Curt's on Siesta and Phillipi Creek Oyster Bar in Sarasota. By the way, most of the restaurants on Siesta have takeout. We sometimes eat too much for lunch (can't resist seafood), and just get takeout appetizers or one dinner to split for dinner.
