If you look at Hotel Valley Ho’s Instagram account, you’ll see the property’s ZuZu restaurant’s over-the-top – literally overflowing – milkshakes. Chef Russell LaCasce explains that what started two years ago as a means to elevate the milkshake, which was a popular menu item when the restaurant first opened in 1956, has since grown into a cult following. Chef LaCasce explains, “The aim was to take our culinary imagination and funnel it into something over-the-top, tasty, and memorable.” The tremor is here to stay now.

Located inside the Hotel Valley Ho (where we stayed) in the heart of Scottsdale, this is a bohemian, retro-chic eatery with an extensive, surprisingly gourmet menu.

If you love Italian food, then you’ll definitely want to check out ZuZu at the Hotel Valley Ho. This restaurant offers a wonderful patio area that’s perfect for enjoying a meal, and the views of Scottsdale are simply stunning. The menu features a variety of traditional Italian dishes, and the service is always excellent.

For dinner tonight, I recommend ZuZu at Hotel Valley Ho, which was recently remodeled but still retains its '50s vibe. Everything I tried here was delicious – but try to save room to try one of the restaurants Show Stopper Shakes, which change every month.
