This amazing restaurant is a newer establishment, but it has already begun to make a name for itself as one of the best in Sedona. Their food is simple yet beautifully crafted and has ideal red rock views on their patio. We highly recommend their crab cakes, as they really show the freshness of the seafood that Shorebird is able to get, even though they are so far from the water.

Shorebird enters into my radar because it is one of the very few (if there are even more than a couple) American restaurants in Sedona that serve good quality sushi – for a change of scenery and a change of taste. You can eat only that many burgers, ribs, steaks, pastas, pizzas, etc. You see what I mean?

The ahi tuna nigiri tastes delightfully fresh and light, and pairs perfectly with a ginger dressing.

A high-end seafood centric restaurant in the heart of Sedona is our idea of heaven, and Shorebird Restaurant exceeded our expectations. The setting is charming with a large window showcasing glorious red rock views during the day. The patio is a nice place to eat al fresco.

Shorebird is another excellent option, serving fresh, high-quality seafood. Their menu includes a variety of options like grilled salmon and other seafood dishes. The Hudson also stands out with its robust offerings.

Shorebird opened in Sedona in early 2021 as an outpost of a SoCal-based restaurant. Their menu specializes in sushi & other seafood, but they also do excellent brunches. The patio has wonderful red rock views.

We went to Shorebird for Lauren’s birthday and really enjoyed it. The food was great and there is a nice patio. They are known for their seafood!
