For nearly 20 years, Kim’s Seafood has been serving up poboys and seafood at their Benton Road location. The restaurant’s story is as famous as their crawfish eggroll: Kim’s owner previously ran a poboy shop in New Orleans, which was destroyed in the Hurricane Katrina disaster of 2005. Kim’s owner and his family relocated to northwest Louisiana, and haven’t looked back.

Kim's Seafood & Po-Boy Bossier truly impressed me with its ample variety and freshness. From the moment I stepped in, the vibrant atmosphere set the stage for a delightful seafood adventure. The gumbo was rich and flavorful, while the shrimp were plump and perfectly cooked.

Instead, I got a menu full of things like Fajitas, Country Fried Steak, and a Shrimp Po-Boy. It felt like I was the victim of false advertising.

Served with two sides French Fried and Salad including one sauce. Sides can exchange either one of them or both of them to the Egg Fried Rice.
