They’re made from scratch and cooked in the restaurant’s stone pizza oven. The Rio has Carnaval’s signature cinnamon roasted pineapple, pepperoni, jalapenos, parmesan chicken and mozzarella. The Gaucho has the restaurant’s signature Picanha beef, mozzarella, mushrooms, chimichurri and cheese.
