The Pub Spirits + Craft Kitchen

"Last time we came was still the Pastry Pub. We've always liked their sandwiches. Now they have a brand new menu with pasta, steak salad, and burgers. They also have alcoholic drinks and mocktails.

With the new renovations it is going for more of a fine dining experience than a sit down bakery. Staff is friendly as ever. Service is good. You'll be served by a host and a personal server.

We tried the Pastrami burger and fillet steak salad. I enjoyed the citrus salad with a balance of sweetness and tartness. The steak is cooked to medium, could use a bit of salt in my opinion. Their spiral cut fries that came with the burger are really good. The pastrami was the star of the burger. Pastrami with double burgers go really well together. While I like American cheese to go with it, some may prefer swiss or provalone.

"Wow! I used to go to this restaurant when it was Pub Pastry a few years ago. I moved out of Cedar but wanted to stop and visit a place I loved while I was passing through.
It is so much different from the place I remember but beautiful remodel, nice lighting, colors, bar area and space.

The food stayed true to what I remember. It used to be called a Veggie Sandwich and now is the White Rabbit, but I LOVE the carrot spread they put on sandwiches here.
They also still have the chipotle sandwich that I encourage to order toasted and on a cheese bagel.
I do wish they still had the ability to put sandwiches on tortillas in a wrap.

We took our food to go this time. However, will definitely visit again for a drink next time. Staff was friendly, food delicious and a nice atmosphere."

"Much thought has clearly gone into the food and the interior design of the restaurant (I love the whimsical anthropomorphic animals). The portions are HUGE and the food was fresh and delicious. The price is also reasonable. Do yourself a favor and check this place out! 😆"
