We loved visiting the original Columbia Restaurant location in Ybor City when we went to Tampa so much we knew this sister property in St. Augustine was a must on our itinerary. I recommend making reservations ahead of time or hitting the eatery for an early lunch as the place gets packed, especially at dinner.

Like with Taberna Del Caballo, we’ve been back to the Columbia several times. The service is always top notch and the menu really showcases the Spanish influence on Florida seafood. And the 1905 Martini is kind of the best cocktail ever (straight up with Spanish cheese stuffed olives).

Customer favorites include pork, Black Beans and Rice, and Paella. But above all the favorites, their Arroz con Pollo “Valenciana” is mainly the best dish people crave for. Drinks of choice would be their Sangria and Mojitos which is an addition to their extensive wine list.
