Reviews Summary
Daniel's Bistro is frequently praised for its intimate ambiance, exceptional food quality, and gracious hosts, particularly Chef Bass. Diners love the creative American dishes with French influences and tableside dessert preparations. However, some reviews mention inconsistencies in food preparation and service, with a few diners feeling the current iteration doesn't match the high standards of previous ownership.

"WOW! First time here. What a surprise, a good friend of my wife recommended we try out her restaurant. When we arrived, parking was perfect, and we walked in to find an intimate setting, just the kind of atmosphere we love, relaxing, well-maintained, and with a bright, cheerful, and accommodating hostess. The staff were the best. Right on point and knew exactly what they were doing and when. As for the food, well, it was
scrumptious, a word I seldom use. The chef sent us soup with bruschetta. I ordered the Tuna Tower appetizer, one of my favorites, and it came with a generous portion. Guests had the Ceaser salad enough to split. I was expecting everything to be a gourmet-sized portion, but to my surprise, it was most generous. I had the seafood Fra diavolo cooked to perfection, and the sauce was to die for. I tried to avoid bread, but I couldn't leave the wonderful sauce behind. My wife and guest both ordered the Barramundi seafood dish and loved every bite; it was fantastic. We ended our dinner with a tableside Berries Flambe. What a way to go. Bring your favorite wine, and you are set for an evening you won't be disappointed with, as well as the price. We can’t wait to come back. Great job Chef Bass. Five Stars.

"Today was our anniversary. We have been going to Daniel's for many years and never had an issue until tonight. My wife ordered Halibut and I ordered a pork chop medium rare. We shared a tuna tower as an appetizer.
My wife's halibut was not good. It was bland. She sent it back and ordered scallops The scallops came out only one side seared. My pork chop arrived cooked medium well, not medium rare as i requested. I sent it back. They then brought me another pork chop raw. I showed it to the server and said forget it. The chef never came to our table to apologize or offer us to try coming back another time.
We will not go back to Daniel's and unfortunately things changed there for worse. Our service was not great either. We were sitting next to another couple who was also celebrating their anniversary. They were given a special plate recognizing their special occasion. We were not so fortunate, even though our anniversary was noted on resy. We were very dissatisfied and I left hungry."
