Reviews Summary

Pop's Corner Restaurant & Bakery is praised for its clean, inviting atmosphere and many delicious menu items, especially the baked goods and some breakfast favorites. However, some diners have experienced significant issues with food temperature, service organization, and the quality of certain dishes like the hollandaise sauce.

"Super cute. Food was excellent, fresh and they even offered the gluten free roll for our burger. Closing @ 3pm for the off season, look for extended hours in the summer! Highly recommend. And Mia was attentive & lovely as our server."

"I'm not one to normally post a negative review, but I went to start my anniversary with my husband here for breakfast and was upset that $50 was honestly just wasted. I wouldn't recommend this place when there are so many other local shops that are worth it...

The wait staff wasn't rude, but they don't check in to see if a drink is empty. When you order your "specialty" crafted latte, it's nothing special. It honestly is just a watered down latte. Not worth your $7. After a long wait, when our food did come out the plates were hot, yet our food was cold. Not a good sign. I'd like fresh food, not food sitting on a hot plate under a warmer...

I ordered a simple biscuit and gravy, which was not only cold but very dry. Where was the sausage gravy? They really skipped on this one and not only didn't put any sausage gravy on the top biscuit part, but barely any on the bottom. The eggs were again, not only cold, but over cooked too.

My husband ordered the Farmhouse Hash Bowl. Sadly, this too was cold and when you have cold brisket, it's a huge turn off.

I'm sad that this one didn't work out as I'm a local and really wanted it to! Especially since when you walk in and see the bakery section looking so great! Overall, I sadly wouldn't return.
It's just not worth the wait or the money."

"Our waitress was lovely, but it was clear that the staff were having trouble with being organized. We had someone take our drink order which we didn’t receive until about 10 minutes after we ordered it. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict, assuming that it would be hard to mess up. The hollandaise sauce was mayonnaise. It was mayonnaise with a bit of lemon juice and an extra egg yolk for color. It was frankly repulsive and I barely stomached half (I scraped the hollandaise off as much as I could). The home fries were quite bland but they weren’t terrible, easily the best part of my meal. Otherwise, everything was decent diner food, generic, bland, and a bit salty, but palatable."
