"Everything was amazing. The food, the staff, the decor was all on point. We ordered the short rib, the trout, the lamb meatballs, the risotto, the pork cheeks, the panko shrimp, and the gochujang ribs. Each dish was on point, and cooked to perfection. The ribs fell off the bone with delicious marinate, and the trout was moist and boneless. The shrimp was crispy and went perfectly with the sauce.
Our waiter Gabriel (I think that’s the spelling) was extremely charming and accommodating, explaining each dish and giving us recommendations for our stay in Steamboat. When my dad asked for hot sauce, he brought out the chef’s own concocted hot sauce. 10/10 would recommend"
