The service is often praised for its attentiveness and hospitality, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, some reviews mention challenges with menu clarity and occasional inconsistencies in food or drink quality.

"This restaurant is beautiful ! The staff is young fresh and fun do not let their age fool you they are professionals! And you will have a wonderful time at the bar and I don’t drink 🤯🥰 amazing tastes and optically appeasing. Bring your big girl stomachs ladies…🙂‍↕️😌 portions are nice!"

"We celebrated Valentine’s Day a week late (initially had reservations at a different spot that were unfortunately cancelled). We were able to make a last minute reservation for 2 at Flor Fina. The ambience was neat with a cool blown glass sculpture, the lighting but dark (wasn’t a concern for us but for others to be aware if that’s an issue for you). We tried several items including the Brussels sprites, cabbage, one of the pasta tapas, seasonal Lions Mane mushrooms, and farmers pie (kind of like a vegetarian Shepards pie which was delicious)."

Lisa Vaccaro

"I tried this place for the first time and the food was amazing! I love that they have a new menu every couple of months.

The menu is a little challenging to read. Our server was a guy and was in no way helpful at all with giving recommendations on what to order or explaining what the menu items were.

The atmosphere was awesome! I loved the inside of the restaurant."

We Strayed Away from the Coast for Culture, Cuban Food, and the Vibrant Walkable Downtown of Party-Centric Ybor City

Described as ‘Cuban-inspired’, so perhaps not truly authentic to some purists, nevertheless Cafe Quiqiriqui and Flor Fina both serve an El Cubano sandwich, and the new (opened in 2020) Hotel Haya is a cool, modern place to hang out. It was too early for us to belly up to the bar or order lunch, so we bought a water and whiled away some time in the lounge spaces overlooking the bar and lovely Flor Fina.
