A unique place for Tampa Bay residents to create memories, this restaurant is a perfect example of the many ways a woman’s life can inspire those around her.

Spring beckons patio season and Predalina offers prime outdoor dining on their bustling Water Street Patio, shaded by lush oak trees, or on their intimate Cora Courtyard, marked by a thatched pergola. Featuring seafood-driven Mediterranean cuisine, and listed in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide Florida, Predalina invites guests to enjoy brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks, both indoors and outdoors. Predalina has quickly become one of my absolute favorite restaurants on Water Street—and honestly, one of the best places to eat in downtown Tampa. It’s the brainchild of Blake Casper and Allison Adams, the same duo behind Oxford Exchange and The Library, so you already know the vibes (and the food) are top-tier. With a seafood-driven Mediterranean menu, Predalina delivers fresh, bold flavors that make every dish stand out.

Koya, Rocca, and Lilac continue to keep their one MICHELIN Star status, with Predalina, Supernatural Food & Wine, and The Pearl being the newest additions to the recommendations list. Tampa now has four Bib Gourmand restaurants: newly added Streetlight Taco in South Tampa, and repeat recipients; Rooster & the Till, Gorkhali Kitchen, and Psomi, which was recognized with the Best Young Chef Award in 2023.

This seafood-driven restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine has some of the tastiest bites in the development. The stunning space is made up of a large bar and a modestly sized dining room full of natural light. The restaurant feels tranquil, even when it’s buzzy.

The best thing on the menu is the Predalina Burger, which did recently increase its price (probably due to the rising cost of beef), but just a great option to enjoy some drinks and food at a decent price in a great ambiance.
