"Hellas Bakery is a delightful experience overall, and I'm giving it four stars. I absolutely loved the atmosphere, it's truly wonderful and transports you to Greece!
However, while the sweets were good, I felt they lacked a certain depth of flavor, perhaps a specific spice or ingredient, that would have made them taste 100% authentically Greek. I was particularly looking forward to the pistachio baklava and the Galaktoboureko, and while enjoyable, they didn't quite hit that traditional Greek flavor profile for me. I suspect this might be a business decision to broaden their appeal to a wider audience, which I understand. But for someone seeking that very specific, traditional taste, it was just a bit off. Still, the atmosphere alone makes it worth a visit, and I would return."
