Reviews Summary

Baily's Old Town Temecula offers a lively atmosphere with a diverse menu and a vibrant nightlife scene. Diners praise the friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and creative cocktails. However, some guests have experienced issues with seating arrangements, table time limits, and service delays during peak hours.

"Great place to grab a drink and a meal. We stopped in on a Wednesday and had a great time! Oscar, Jordan, and Carrie were hospitable and made our experience 5 star. Drinks were crafted and delicious!"

Krista Schlueck

"Food and band were great. Our waitress Maddy was sweet. But the management was horrible. We arrived a little early for our 6pm reservation to a basically empty restaurant. Two other larger groups arrived right after us and were seated first, even though they also had 6:00 p.m. reservations. Once we receded everything was great. However, at 3 minutes to 8:00, a manager came up and told us there was a 2-hour table limit and they needed the table. We graciously moved to another area of the bar so we could continue listening to the band. However, we noticed that the other two groups that had arrived before us along with a couple that arrived very shortly after us we're not asked to move. When we left the restaurant 20 minutes later, there was no one waiting in the waiting room, those other groups were still seated, and no one had been seated at the table we had been at (or the empty table behind us). We had been drinking and eating and I actually still had half a glass of wine when they asked us to move. We had given excellent tips. Why were we the only ones asked to move? Bad form."

"Specifically made Inside Dining reservations for C Garcia 15 people weeks ahead for Saturday March 22 at 5pm. It was for a family reunion. Having people coming from Oklahoma, Hawaii, LA and San Diego area. Some were senior citizens.
We get there early to check in. They tell us that we'll have to eat outside on the patio because they can't accommodate 15 people inside, only 10 people inside max. It was cool and windy at the time. As we were sitting outside waiting to order. We all got cold and asked to turn on outside heaters which didn't help. My brother and sisters went to their cars and got blankets so people could keep warm. When we all got our food within a minute is was turning cold because of the windy, cool weather. The place and food looks nice and the staff is friendly. But if we've had known that we would have been placed outside we would have made reservations at another Temecula restaurant. Plus when making reservations Baileys shouldn't have given us an option for 15 people to dine inside. We made the best in a bad situation."

On Friday and Saturday nights, revelers pour into Old Town Temecula. Casual bars transform into nightclubs on the weekends, especially at the south end of Front Street, where you’ll find live music at Baily’s, a rooftop view at Luke’s, and line dancing at The Stampede, to name just a few spots. In the center of town, there’s more live music at The Old Town Blues Club, great food and cocktails at 1909, and concerts at Jazz at the Merc.

9 Winning Picks

For its artful presentation, generous portions, and reliable deliciousness, I’m always surprised how reasonably priced Baily’s is. You’re not going to get shocked by how they’ve reinvented the wheel here, but after you look through the extensive menu and make your choice, you’ll be rewarded with a genuinely yummy version of whatever you’ve ordered. I love when that happens in a restaurant—especially nowadays!
