"Placed my mobile order at 5:03pm for a 5:20 pickup. I arrived at 5:19pm to pickup my order which the app said was already ready only to be ignored by the staff. My order was finally ready at 5:50pm. The staff was rude to everybody there who had ordered food. When I asked what took so long they said they were waiting on tenders. I didn't order any tenders. The staff then turned their back to me and ignored me again. I understand a little wait but 50 minutes all together when I gave you a heads up I was coming in is ridiculous. Not even a sorry for the wait or anything. Do better Popeye's!"
