"We were seated after the lunch rush was over, and it felt like we weren'ta priority. We had to wait quite a while to put an order in after our drinks came and we were one of the only tables in the restaurant. The food was hot and tasted fine, but the experience as a whole wasn't great"

"Solid 4 stars. We went later on a Sunday evening thinking it would be slower - wrong. We got a brand new waitress, who was lovely, but didn't have her processes ironed out and got my order wrong. I didn't complain and ate it anyway. The kitchen was slow and it took almost an hour to get our food. My husband's meal was much smaller than expected, but tasted great. Is there a jukebox an Applebee's now? Whatever system the music was, it seemed to get stuck on a Lady Gaga loop for a solid half hour. LOL. We got out of there well past bedtime for the kiddo on a school night which will definitely cause us to think twice before going back. It was NOT a terrible experience, but also not 5 stars."
