Found in 1998, the vision of Fleming's was to create a unique experience for diners with an emphasis on amazing service, a lovely atmosphere, and the very finest aged USDA prime beef. Now they certainly have amazing steaks, but they also have incredible seafood and that's why they made it onto this list. Try their Chilled Seafood Tower with Alaskan king crab, ahi tuna poke, shrimp cocktail, and North Atlantic lobster tails.

She made her way back to Tulsa, taking a job at Fleming’s Steakhouse — a chain famous for its wine list — in Utica Square. She spent seven years at Fleming’s, before jumping to Stonehorse Cafe, where she worked with Tim Inman, a chef-owner who would continue to educate her on what is required to run a successful restaurant.
