Napa Flats is near Jenks, OK. They have gluten free bread, gluten free pizza crust, and other items marked gluten free. The waiters are usually knowledgeable and friendly regarding gluten allergies and Celiac Disease.

My girlfriend was never in danger of having an accident happen here. I also had a few options on the menu I was torn between which is a great sign. Would recommend the chicken Parm or the Cheddae burger.
