Reviews Summary
Steinhilber's offers a historic dining experience with a notable signature dish, the fantail fried shrimp. While many praise the ambiance, views, and attentive service, some reviews note inconsistencies in food preparation and service speed, especially concerning pricier entrees like the Beef Wellington. The restaurant's charming atmosphere and classic appeal make it a destination, though value for money can be a concern for some patrons.
"We had a wonderful dinner here! Ordered the paella, fried whole snapper, creamed spinach, fantail shrimp, a glass of cava and a cranberry aperol spritz- everything was delicious. The quality of the shrimp was superb (we are shrimp connoisseurs 😎)! My only qualm was that the paella was a tad bland and the baby mussles were under the broiler a bit too long- so they were dried out and crunchy. The service was excellent 👌🏽 we would definitely come back!"

"The service was great and the cocktails were delicious! The kids pasta was cook to perfection as well! I picked the restaurant because I was craving for paella. My seafood paella was good, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I miss the authentic “SPAN” traditional paella, cooking on the paella pan! The paella here was good, but there’s spices missing there. However, the Wellington beef with the half lobster dish wasn’t worth of its price. I felt the Wellington beef was manufactured due to the pastry look, and cracking the shell of the half lobster was too much for my husband. For all the reasons, he didn’t like his dish.
The restaurant has a beautiful lawns and close to the water! Therefore, I had a good time there."

The staff truly cares about its guests and the food. The shrimp and oysters were magnificent and the desserts were impeccable! Everyone should come here for a peaceful and fun evening filled with great food and drink!"
