This is the type of place where you want to sit at the bar and talk story with the bartender (if they’re not busy), and, though it may not seem like it at first glance, this is a family-friendly restaurant—it even has a keiki (kids) menu.

One person needs to buy souvenirs for their entire extended family, someone else really wants to watch sports on TV, and you’re just looking for good food. The Pint & Cork, inside The Shops at Wailea, is the best way to make everyone happy. They have tons of TVs and serve upscale bar food - like a four-cheese mac and cheese with bechamel sauce that you can add black truffle, bacon, jalapeño, and even lobster to.

The Pint & Cork is a high-ceilinged, industrial-chic gastropub with lots of TVs and a buzzy, high-energy vibe late at night and on weekends. There's a rotating list of around 20 brews—mostly local—and more than 100 whiskeys. There are also 30 cocktails, a mix of classics (Negroni, Old Fashioned), island drinks (Mai Tais, Daiquiris) and house craft cocktails.

Also in The Shops at Wailea is Pint & Cork, a local hangout that’s part gastropub and part under-the-radar cocktail bar. It’s also a cool, dark place to retreat from the sun. One of my favorite discoveries on this most recent cocktail trail was the Smoke & Mirrors, a variation on the theme of spicy Tequila cocktails, made with El Jimador Blanco Tequila, Illegal Mezcal, orgeat, lime and orange, with a spice- seasoned rim.

Some of Wailea's trendiest spots—Monkeypod Kitchen and Pint + Cork—are a tad more sedate but no less fun. The Four Seasons and the Andaz also boast some of the loveliest bars on the island—complete with ocean views and live music by local talent—while Mulligans on the Blue presents a terrific weekly lineup of entertainment.

This popular bar and grill, located in Kihei, serves a mix of American and international dishes. The menu features burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas, as well as a variety of small plates and appetizers. The Pint & Cork is known for its extensive selection of craft beers and cocktails.

Craft cocktails paired with bites like ahi tacos and kalua pork sliders. The Pint & Cork specializes in craft cocktails using fresh ingredients!. You won’t have any problem finding great service at this restaurant, as it consistently is on par with their friendly staff.

On the second floor, enjoy a bowl of pork abobo moco—served with Hawaiian chili pepper, fried eggs, and rice—at The Pint & Cork before climbing Wailea Alanui to hear live music (and dine on strawberry pie) at Merriman’s Monkeypod Kitchen. Day 6: Upcountry & North Shore

Pint ‘N Cork just created a really neat little outdoor area on the sidewalk right outside of the restaurant. If you go there, check out their Warm Mushroom Salad [stock may vary].

The Pint & Cork – Wailea – not your usual Maui vibe, this gastropub is a great place if you want a burger and a beer. Great service and reasonable prices.

It's got great views and is in an awesome location, but it's touristy and expensive and the food is just average.
