"I can’t blame the employees but what a disaster this location is. By far worst fries I’ve ever had no taste no salt nothing. Incredibly expensive for low quality products. Burgers are tasteless and slathered in condiments to mask the low quality meat. They only give you two or three tiny ketchup packets and barely any napkins. They have a sign on the door saying eat your food quickly and then get lost. I’m not kidding. If you want a burger go to the food court don’t waste your money here"

"Shortchanged. Ripped off. BK got half of my order wrong at the drive thru. Ordered whopper, and double whopper meals with large onion rings. Paid $36+. Received whopper, a tiny whopper junior and two small kid size fries. Not going to spend another hour round trip to try to get them to fix it. Next time, will opt for a real burger at Village burger or Smash Daddy’s for less money."
