"Good spot to have an early morning breakfast. I gave it a 4 as for hotels it’s a bit harder to get a higher rating. We had an outstanding waiter Gabriel. Very nice and personable. He does a great job, and makes sure you get the service you need. The restaurant is beautiful and the decor is right on. We will have to come to the Ben more often."

"Proper Grit exceeded my expectation in every conceivable way. The filet mignon was extremely tender, really didn’t need a knife to cut through it. It was cooked to perfection. The crispy red snapper was a beautifully designed dish. It was almost too beautiful to eat. The red snapper was perfect with a lightly fried exterior and and buttery textured interior. You can’t complete a meal without adding one of their fantastic cocktails. The service was world class and in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone visiting Palm Beach to check out the Proper Grit."
