This is everything I ate at Yosemite! I researched so much for this trip and not only on the trails but the food. Even though Yosemite has amazing restaurants, I also wanted to cook because it’s been a dream of mine to cook inside Yosemite! The first day, we had gone to The Deck which is a famous restaurant in a famous campground called Curry Village. On the second day we made some breakfast in ...

Reviews Summary

Curry Village Pizza Deck is lauded for its delicious, hand-tossed pizzas and friendly staff, offering a welcome respite after a day of hiking. While many enjoy the unique flavor combinations and scenic outdoor seating, some reviews mention the pizzas can be oily and wait times can be lengthy. Despite potential waits, the quality and taste of the pizza, along with options for dietary needs, make it a popular choice.

"The staff was very friendly especially in a place that gets so much foot traffic. The pizza was really good and the beer on tap was great after a long day hiking. There was something cool about sitting by a massive wall of granite drinking my beer and hearing the kids having fun in the camp nearby."

Matthew Nena

"Walk-up pizza. Nice deck seating if you can find something available. More seating inside. Mixed green salad was good but had a lot of kale. Large pizza have everyone in family at least one slice. There were pie pans by menu board to give example. We got half all meat option and half bacon pineapple."

Eric W

"Came on a Monday after a hike, later in the afternoon around 4, which I think helped make it less busy. We kept it simple and only ordered one pizza, choosing pepperoni and splitting it between all of us. The pepperonis were a bit crispy too, and had additional seasonings on top, which made them really tasty. I did notice a few people with more festive, extravagant pizza toppings, but the pepperoni was delicious, and thankfully, none of us got sick, as I read some people did on reviews!

The Vernal Falls hike was much longer than expected, with a Mist Trail detour that made it even longer, so we were all glad to get the food quickly with no issues, and we ate inside the food court vs outside because it was hotter, and fewer tables were available."

Inside the Park: as previously noted, Curry Pizza, it's the best pizza in the Valley and tastes especially worthwhile after a challenging hike, and pairs well with a beer if you're into beer. They have a couple of local brews on tap at the bar next to Pizza. Mountain Room Lounge is mostly decent too.
