Reviews Summary
Pizza 4P's is highly praised for its exceptional Japanese-Italian fusion cuisine, with many highlighting the delicious pizzas and standout dishes like crab pasta. Diners consistently commend the attentive and friendly service, creating a warm and memorable dining experience. While generally loved, some find certain traditional Italian dishes deviate from authenticity and note the high popularity means reservations are a must.
"We ordered 2 pizzas, a salad and spaghetti. The pizzas are really good, we love the dough. As for the salad... Not so good, the leaves are very bitter, but small part of it is quite fine. So I guess they didn't wash it thoroughly. The pasta was amazing!!! Highly recommend!! overall, very nice and would come back again, but maybe skip the salad."

"Service was very good. We have a person in our party that is lactose intolerant. Apparently even in the bolognese sauce they add butter :(. There was only two items she could try on the menu :(
The food overall was good, three floors of seating.
The fried chicken is really good. Pizzas I thought were ok.
The carbonara is a long way for anything close to a real carbonara. Apparently they add cream.
The truffle pie I enjoyed.
I love the concept with making their own cheeses but somethings especially like Italian, Parmgiano reggiano, pecorino should not be attempted to imitate or replaced by others.
Their mozzarella was pretty good as was the burrata.
We were in the mood of something familiar but this was not it but still pretty good for an alternate to local fare."

"Full marks for 4P's. More than 20,000 reviews and close to a 5-star rating across those thoroughly deserved. This place gets everything right when it comes to running a restaurant executed to a vision. Great food, service and atmosphere. The staff is attentive, well trained and love telling you about the food and great dishes. Every dish is distinct and well-designed with its flavours across the entire menu. Prices are as they should be. Good thing we made a reservation to get in. This is the #1 place I will definitely return to next time we make it to Hanoi!"
