Reviews Summary
Le Corto offers an exceptional French dining experience in Saigon, praised for its exquisite cuisine, attentive service, and cozy ambiance. While many rave about standout dishes like the Beef Wellington and unique desserts, some find certain starters, like the escargot, to be less impressive. The value for money, especially with set menus, is frequently highlighted, making it a highly recommended destination for special occasions and business lunches.
"Dinner was absolutely amazing!
We ate Burrata salad and lobster and prawns soup for starters, both were delicious and very well served!
Following that, we tasted the beef wellington which was incredible, really tender.
For closing, we took the cigar which is a signature dessert. We never tasted and seen anything like this one, really impressive!
And because it was our honeymoon, we were offered a small cake and two glasses of champagne.
We were attended by Lyn and Hugo. The service was really outstanding, in all aspects, nothing to say other than a big thank you for this special moment!"

"100% recommended - super good value for money for the quality and immaculate service!
the meal started really strong with the complimentary amuse bouche (sea bass shisho broth, parmesan crackers and raspberry rolls), which were all delicious. this was followed by a delightful bread selection of sourdough, baguette and my favourite of the lot, the brioche, which was warm, fluffy and studded with olives!!!!! two types of butter served (chilli and normal) but nothing to write home about, but no issue cus the bread held its own!
for starters, we had the escargot and foie gras. unfortunately i felt the garlic butter for the escargots was a bit too pungent and sharp and the taste fell a bit flat. foie gras was also a tad dry
for mains, the duck breast was soft and juicy and the skin was perfectly roasted and glistening. we also had the beef wellie which slapped! altho it is not a traditional french dish, it was so good - puff pastry was buttery and flaky, the beef was tender and well seasoned, and the diced mushrooms also added another dimension to the flavour!
all in all a very good meal"

"Exceptional French Dining Experience in the Heart of Vietnam
I had a fantastic dining experience at Le Corto, a fine French restaurant in Vietnam. The 6-course meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and worth every đồng. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, from the escargots and seafood to the perfectly cooked meats and elegant desserts.
The atmosphere was classy yet cozy, perfect for a special night out. Service was truly outstanding — the staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special thanks to Trang & Lyn who took excellent care of us!
The price is around 1,200,000 VND per person, and for the quality of food and service, it’s absolutely reasonable.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic French cuisine with top-tier service in Vietnam!"
