"Located at Aliana hotel, the view from the restaurant is amazing. Its walking distance from the city center. At evening time the weather outside was simply amazing. Restaurant was excellent in terms of the portion, taste of food and the cost. Breakfast spread was good, both local and western. We had breakfast, lunch and dinners there. After a few visits, we got a 10% discount on subsequent orders at the restaurant. The staff were also very helpful and gave us suggestion on what to eat which did not disappoint. Highly recommended !"

Had a minibar and it was replenished free of charge every time Housekeeping was invited to clean the room. The beds were very comfortable. The biggest asset of this hotel are the staff. Absolutely all the staff were super pleasant and very professional. They all understood well English which is not so common in Vietnam. River, at the reception was our star. She even pre-ordered our dinner the first day we arrived in Sa Pa. I wish we could have stayed longer at this hotel. We loved the fact that the hotel was not in the heart of the city since it was much quieter and we also had the best possible view one could ask for(well, when the clouds cleared). Fresh air and delicious food. The massages we had at their spa were some of the best we have ever had.
