"The permanent collection is rather modest, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. There seem to be occasional temporary exhibitions as well. On the ground floor, there’s a small café with fair prices, and a modest gift shop where prices are also reasonable. Entrance is 10,000 pesos for foreigners and 4,000 for Argentine residents. About an hour is enough to visit. Restrooms are clean."

"It is a very nice Art Museum - I fell in love with the huge windy staircase, a showcase in itself as well as the brick structure that houses the little cafe.
Entry to museum is free on Wednesdays.
It has very interesting pieces of Argentinean artwork. Showcase as well was also a Nigerian artist Onome Akeh.
There's a small outdoor area for those who wish to sit in the sun.
By the way, the cafe has quite good coffee, assorted selection of pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice.
