We bought tickets for the palace tour and tango show. The guide showed us the main floor where guests were greeted for tea, dancing, etc.
We also watched a tango and music show featuring Piazzola's music.
There is a Croque Madame restaurant on the second floor and also an outdoor cafeteria. It is best to make reservations if you want to have lunch or dinner.
