"Corazon Del Sol through its owner Dr. Revana a cardiologist in the U.S. has pioneered the production of Rnone wines in Uco Valley, Mendoza, beginning in 2008. We tasted a number of these varietals including Grenache, viognier, and both red and white rhone blends. All were excellent. The rocky terra, warm days and cool nights are similar to terroir in the Rhone Valley. The ability to control supply of water through irrigation is another advantage in Mendoza. Thanks to the genius and foresight of Dr. Revana we have the first, but surely not that of these Rhone style wines from Mendoza. Staff leading us through the tasting was very engaging and helpful."
