The hotel has a fascinating history, not only from its construction but also from the people it housed. It's part of Argentina at the beginning of the 20th century, with all its splendor and decline. We went with Alejandro, the guide who told us its entire history. Excellent."

"The tour is guided. You take a vehicle to the ruins, where they tell you the history of the place, interspersed with contemporary humor, creating some confusion between what's true and what the narrator invents. The ruins are enclosed by a rope, so the closest you can get is two meters. Toward the end of the tour, they give you photos so you can look and imagine what it was like. This enormous infrastructure is a shame it's gone.
