"Yerevan being one of the oldest, continuously inhabited cities in the world — longer than Athens — it is befitting that Tamanyan has his statue in this area by the Cascades. A city planner and engineer who pretty much did the urban design of the entire city.
I like the perspective and longitudinal views this statue allows. The background of the cascades makes for nice photos. For me, this is the most unique statue in the city that is like no other. Definitely pass by and click few shots when you can!"
