"We enjoyed our three nights stay. Only thing we noticed was how run down the place is becoming. We noticed the pool was very dirty when arrived and needed of a lot of maintenance, tiles missing and pool floor very stained. The hotel needs a paint badly especially the door to the room. Very shabby.
The pool furniture is all falling apart and needs replacing. The access to the pool from the room was great.
If you aren’t fussy on the condition of where you stay then you will enjoy it immensely.
Staff were lovely."

"Really nice 4 day stay at Lagoons. Monday - Thursday was really quiet, it picked up by the weekend but still very relaxing.
We stayed in one of the ground floor units with pool access… really nice and convenient.
Staff couldn’t have been more nice and helpful. We decided to stay an extra night and they accommodated us without any issues.
Would definitely stay again. Thank you team 👍🏼"

"I had the WORST experience at this hotel, absolute horrible attitude from management ( Michelle), i was spoken too with blatant disrespect. We had booked a two night stay for a work trip, and as we were arriving we received a text message stating that we were under age and wouldn’t be able to accommodate without an adult, mind you this was sent to us days after the booking with no way to back out, we had to organise my uncle to stay with me but this didn’t suit the hotel as he has a day job and would have to babysit me, I also was made aware that I would be the only one allowed in the hotel which also didn’t work as my work partner was staying with me leaving her stranded, we were kind, considerate, had lots of patience for this lady who was telling me this information after we had gone to Agnes, and then went in to the hotel alone to talk to the lady Michelle, we couldn’t agree on anything as it was all too difficult for her, she took our money told us we have to contact booking.com for a refund, we then contacted booking.com and they told us that we would get a refund but they would take a cancellation fee but they first have to run it through the hotel to make sure that’s okay, they ran it through the hotel and we called Michelle just before and she let us know that she declined it because it was too late, we called them many times last night after we spoke to booking.com and they blatantly ignored the phone calls despite there after our system that she kept reminding us of. This left us stranded without a hotel, taking $400 of my money, we then had to fork out another $400 on another hotel. So thanks Michell for your hatred towards 17 year olds."
