Airlie Beach Part 9 we went out to Little town, called Conway Bay. It’s just on the edge of the National Park It’s also where the entrance to the Proserpine river is which is full of man eating salt, water crocodiles so it’s not a good idea to swim here anyway.

Reviews Summary

Visitors praise Conway National Park for its beautiful rainforest trails and stunning lookout points, offering a peaceful escape from the usual tourist crowds. While the hiking can be challenging and parking can be an issue at times, the rewarding views and immersive natural experience make it a worthwhile destination for nature lovers.

"First things first. There is no parking at the top of the street where the entrance to the hike is. You need to park in the nearby streets. The hike is relatively easy, the track is well defined and maintained. There's lot's of interesting trees to look at as you make your way to the lookout. It's definitely worth doing as the view to the north is lovely."

"Amazing hidden hiking spot, not many people at all! Quite steep and warm on the way up, bring enough water. Might be hard to find, but google maps shows the trailhead!"

Amar S.

"This is the trailhead for the Honeyeater lookout trail. DO NOT Google "Honeyeater" trail or you will end up in Cannonvale and there is no trailhead there and you'll waste an hour minimum. It is a steep walk, so bring a liter of water minimum"
