"For someone like me who has never visited Egypt, this felt like a truly special experience. While you can't get up close to the pyramid—it's located within a fenced private property and access is restricted—you can still view it from a distance of about 100–200 meters. The sight alone is worth it! Just make sure to bring a camera with a good optical zoom to capture the best possible shots. Overall, an amazing and memorable experience."

"We thought it was very impressive. Much bigger than we expected. Can only see it from the road as it is on private property. Great spot to watch the sunset. The pubs just down the road so once you watch the sunset head to the pub for a fantastic feed."

"Why go to Egypt when you can find a pyramid in Queensland’s Granite Belt?
Standing 17 metres tall and built from over 7,500 tonnes of granite boulders, the Ballandean Pyramid is a quirky Aussie landmark you didn’t know you needed.
Believed to have been constructed in the 2000s by a local vineyard owner with a lot of spare rocks and a great sense of humour, it’s one of the most unique (and unexpected) sights in the region.
You can spot it from Jacobsen Road - no need for camels or plane tickets, just a good camera and a sense of adventure."
