"Wanted to give you guys a HUGE shout-out! Purchased some venison medallion about 6 weeks ago last time I was down, has been in the freezer since. Because you guys shrink-wrap this so perfectly, it defrosted beautifully, with NO freezer burn or ill-effects.
I cooked it under the grill in the oven for a few minutes each since with just a touch of oil, salt & pepper, and it was stunningly beautiful, and amazingly tender. While I've been a long-time fan of venison and your shop, it's the first time I've tried the medallion, and I will DEFINITELY be buying it again. 10/10.
... also, can't wait to see the new look, and the restaurant, now that you're re-branding as "Caves Farm." All the best!"
